Now that buyers are getting a little more picky on what homes they want on their short list we are kicking our photos up a notch. We have found the best real estate photographers in the industry who highlight all of your homes best features. As a seller you will LOVE how your home looks online.
3. Three is for 3D Tour
Worried those amazing photos will make your home look better than real life? We encourage all of the showings to preview your home via a virtual 3D tour called Matterport. This tech allows buyers to virtually walk through your home prior to the showing and it creates pretty awesome blueprints too!
4. Get Them In & Get Them Out
We get it, you’re busy and nobody has time to disinfect their home multiple times a day. We list homes and delay the showings. This way all the interested buyers in your home get in and out in one or two days.
5. Safety First
From booties to hand sanitizer we have it all. Our goal is to limit peoples contact once they get into your home for the in person showing. Asking buyers to wear gloves and limit contact with surfaces has become common practice. Just remember to leave doors open and lights on for the showing.
